Examples of Customized Application Scenarios

The density of equipment cabinets in the computer room is high, with a small distance between equipment (0.8m – 1.5m). It is required to achieve 100G high-speed transmission, have a neat cabling system, and be easy to operate and maintain.

The Customized Solution

  • High-Speed Connectivity: Utilize OM4 multimode fiber and MPO/MTP 12‑core jumpers for plug‑and‑play 100G efficiency.
  • Compact Design: Use ultra-short MPO/MTP trunk cables (1m/1.2m) with bend‑optimized fiber to eliminate cable clutter.
  • Space Optimization: Integrate super‑bend‑resistant fiber (5 mm minimum bending radius) to prevent signal loss in cramped cabinet corners.
  • Safety & Identification: Adopt blue LSZH flame‑retardant sheathing with printed link IDs for rapid maintenance and environmental compliance.

Outdoor cabling needs to be waterproof, anti-ultraviolet, and tensile-resistant. It is used to connect optical distribution cabinets with user terminals/base station RRUs, with a transmission distance of 50m-100m, and is suitable for ribbon‑type optical cable cabling.

The Customized Solution

  • Fiber Specification: Utilized G.657A2 single-mode fiber and GYDTA ribbon cable for high-performance outdoor splicing.
  • Ruggedized Build: PE outer sheath with an armored structure for superior waterproofing and anti-rodent protection.
  • Hybrid Connectivity: SC/UPC to bare fiber for FTTH, and CPRI duplex LC jumpers for base station remote-pulling.
  • Extreme Protection: IP67-rated connectors featuring salt-fog and moisture resistance for long-term reliability.
  • Precision Lengths: Factory-customized 50m/80m/100m spans with printed user IDs for rapid deployment.

There is strong electromagnetic interference and frequent vibrations. It is used to connect industrial switches and sensors, with a transmission distance of 20m – 30m. The product is required to be durable, anti – interference, and have a long plug-and-unplug life.

The Customized Solution

  • Vibration Resistance: Customized FC-FC connectors with threaded locking to prevent accidental disconnection during vibration.
  • EMI Shielding: Reinforced armored + shielding layer to eliminate electrical interference and provide impact protection.
  • High Performance: G.657A1 bend-insensitive fiber with low loss (IL≤0.2dB; RL≥55dB) and a 1,000+ cycle mating life.
  • Visual Identification: High-visibility red outer sheath with printed equipment IDs for rapid troubleshooting in complex industrial layouts.
  • Precision Lengths: Factory-cut 20m and 25m spans to minimize slack and potential snagging.

It is used for the precision testing of optical modules and optical devices, requiring extremely low transmission loss, stable performance, and adaptability to different test equipment interfaces.

The Customized Solution

  • Ultra-Low Loss: Utilized G.652D single-mode fiber with high-precision ceramic ferrules (IL ≤ 0.15dB; RL ≥ 65dB).
  • Interchangeable Interface: Customized replaceable connectors (LC, FC, SC) to adapt to various testing environments.
  • Precision Polishing: Professional-grade end-face finishing to ensure maximum accuracy and zero test interference.
Ergonomic Design: Flexible outer sheath for easy handling in lab settings, with factory-customized 1m/2m lengths.

Introduction to Our Product Packaging Specifications

For different types of exported goods, such as indoor cable, MPO truck cable, Fiber patch cord, Pigtail, etc., we adopt a layered protection system:

  • Primary Layer: Individual self-sealing PE bags (0.12-0.2mm thickness) or customized blister packaging.
  • Buffer Layer: High-density EPE foam (10-30mm thickness, 30kg/m³ density) and large-cell bubble wrap (10-20mm diameter) for superior shock absorption.
  • Outer Protection: High-strength corrugated cartons (150-300g/m²;3/5/7-ply options), heavy-duty solid wood pallets (up to 5-ton capacity), or reinforced plywood (18-30mm thickness).
  • Isolation Barrier: Waterproof PE film and wear-resistant non-woven composites to shield against moisture, friction, and compression during sea, air, or land transit.

Diversified Shipping Reinforcement

Export logistics involve long distances and complex risks, from sea turbulence to air and land vibrations. To ensure safe delivery, OMC formulates rigorous reinforcement schemes based on cargo weight, volume, and characteristics.

Our targeted reinforcement solutions cover diverse export scenarios, ensuring structural integrity throughout the entire transit process. Below are our core reinforcement types:

1. Pallet Reinforcement

For various packed goods and scattered goods:

  • Foundation: Solid wood (poplar/pine) or HDPE plastic pallets (1,200×1,000mm or 1,200×800mm), bearing 0.5–3 tons.
  • Fixation: High-strength PP strapping (16–25mm wide, 0.8–1.2mm thick), stretch film (0.02–0.03mm thickness), and stainless steel buckles.
  • Heavy-Duty Specs: Thickened 25–30mm pallets, double-layer 1.2mm strapping, and 3–5mm rubber anti-slip pads to prevent breakage.

For high-end and valuable goods such as fragile items, precision instruments, and heavy equipment:

  • Structure: Customized solid wood (15–30mm thickness) or plywood cases (18–25mm).
  • Interior: 20–30mm shock-absorbing foam and customized EVA lining.
  • Exterior: Reinforced with 50×50×5mm angle iron and M8-M12 bolts.
  • Capacity: Single case load-bearing from 1 to 10 tons.

For special-sized goods such as large equipment and extra-long goods:

  • Materials: Galvanized steel wire ropes (6–12mm diameter) and polyester straps (25–50mm width, 5–20 tons breaking strength).
  • Tools: Manual/electric tensioners for firm attachment to carriers.
  • Stability: 5–8mm rubber pads and 100×100×50mm steel structure stoppers to limit displacement.

For goods such as metal products and electronic equipment that are prone to moisture and rust:

  • Desiccants: 2–5g silica gel packs (5–10 packs per m³).
  • Barriers: 0.1mm film-coated anti-rust paper and 0.15mm waterproof PE composite film.
