Subject: Transition of Business Relationship to SHENZHEN OMC COMMUNICATION CO.,LIMITED.

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you of an important change in our business operations. Beginning from March 10^th 2025, all export businesses of GUANGDONG OMC COMMUNICATION CO.,LIMITED will be transferred to the SHENZHEN OMC COMMUNICATION CO.,LIMITED.

This change is derived from the OMC Group’s summary of practical experience in 2024 and its long – term considerations for future development strategies. After in-depth discussions at the OMC Group’s general meeting of shareholders, our group made this decision.

To ensure a smooth transition, we kindly request that you note and update the following:

• For contracts signed before March10^th2025, we will fulfill all obligations according to the terms outlined in those agreements.
• However, for contracts signed after March10^th2025, all quotations, contracts, deliveries, payments, and customs declarations will be conducted under the name of SHENZHEN OMC COMMUNICATION CO.,LIMITED.

Please find all the necessary company information for your new POs and Payment as below listed.
