Subject: Transition of Business Relationship to GUANGDONG OMC COMMUNICATION CO.,LIMITED.
Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you of an important change in our business operations. Beginning from May 1st, all export businesses of OMC INDUSTRY CO.LIMITED and SHENZHEN OMC COMMUNICATION CO.LIMITED will be transferred to the GUANGDONG OMC COMMUNICATION CO.,LIMITED.
This change comes as a result of our relocation from Shenzhen to Huizhou. Due to this move, our tax obligations are now attributed to different regional departments, necessitating the use of our new company title to continue our operations seamlessly.
To ensure a smooth transition, we kindly request that you note and update the following:
- For contracts signed before May 1st, we will fulfill all obligations according to the terms outlined in those agreements.
- However, for contracts signed after May 1st, all quotations, contracts, deliveries, payments, and customs declarations will be conducted under the name of GUANGDONG OMC COMMUNICATION CO.,LIMITED.
