I cannot find the product you need. Can still be purchased through OMC?

Absolutely, We will try our best to satisfy all our customers' needs as we are a very famous manufacturer and supplier of fiber optic products in China, and there are many products we have but not listed on the website. Simply contact one of our experienced sales staff and can help you get the product you need a special order.

What if there’s problem with my order?

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a customer service representative.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

Immediately call +0086-755-8526601 or live chat with us or email us. Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our factory and may not be able to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.

Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind?

Yes, within 24hours you can delete and you can add anytime, we will send email or call you to confirm your order before shipping.

Can I get a discount if I order large quantities of an item?

What methods of payment does OMC accept?

What’s OMC’s samples policy?

OMC is very pleasure to offer free samples (Total value is below USD30.00) to our customers to testing. SPECIAL SAMPLES need to discuss for special.

What is your lead time?

For all standard products the lead time will be same as payment confirmation. For customized (sample) patch cord, the lead time is 1-2working days. Mass products or others will take 7-10 working days. It depends on order quantity and Spec demand.

Can you accept OEM/ODM?

Yes, OEM/ODM is available. Just send us the item specs, please.

What about payment terms?

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) in advance. Western Union.

Pay time could be monthly Credit, Net 30days, 100% in advance etc. We can discuss it offline.

How do you arrange the shipping?

OMC ships goods to anywhere in the worldwide. We have a good logistic solution for you to save your cost.

Solution A: OMC take care of everything. Customers only need to collect cargos in local or wait cargo delivery to their office.

There are two types of shipping methods available, by sea and by air (Express courier - FedEx/ DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS).

Solution B: Customers assign a Shenzhen logistic company to do the shipping, OMC follow the company's instructions and finish the shipping.
