  • Q: What if I forget my order?

    Your order number is included in the email order confirmation with an automatic link to the Order Status OMC. When you order by phone a partner will give your order number. It’s a good idea to save your email order confirmation or write down the number for future reference.   • Q: How will I know if OMC received my order?

    Once an order you have placed for delivery has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. The confirmation will contain the expected delivery date, your shipping address, your order number and any other changes to your order.

  • Q: How can I check the delivery status of my order?

    To check the delivery status of your order, please log in your account and on “track an order” page you can track your order conveniently or you can contact us directly for status.

  • Q: How long will you deal with my order?

    In the business hour, we will deal with your order immediately. We will inform you the lead time and shipping method, and make confirmation with you for some information we needed for shipping. Otherwise you will be waiting for one business day or one-and-half a day to deal with your business.

    OMC is very pleasure to offer free samples (Total value is below USD30.00) to our customers to testing.  SPECIAL SAMPLES need to discuss for special.

  • Q: I cannot find the product I need. Can still be purchased through OMC?

    Absolutely, We will try our best to satisfy all our customers’ needs as we are a very famous manufacturer and supplier of fiber optic products in China, and there are many products we have but not listed on the website. Simply contact one of our experienced sales staff and can help you get the product you need a special order.

  • Q: Who will be responsible for the return shipping cost?

    The return shipping cost must be paid by the buyer. Please note: No matter for any reason, buyers should pay shipping charges to return the unsatisfied goods and no matter for exchange or refund, buyers should send our products first. After receiving the returned item (s), we will process the refund or exchange immediately.

  • Q: If I receive an order discrepancy, what should I prepare for the return?

    If you receive damaged items / wrong or missing in your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days from the delivery date. Certain information may be required for the verification of:
    • Picture Package on / box
    • Photo of the packing
    • Photo of the damage / incorrect items customers can send the information above to sales@omcftth.com.
